Our Shade is sewn and made in Austin, Texas! Light & versatile at approx 4 lbs total, it can be setup in under 3 min. It provides ample shade for 6+ chairs, cooler, etc., and has a nice calming sail sound as it ripples in the air (requires 6 mph of wind). It is a slice of the same entertainment you would get from flying a kite, all while relaxing on the beach!!

Dimensions & Weight: ~12′ wide x 10′ long x 7′ tall, and ~4lbs total (includes carry bag, poles, shade & sand bags)

Color: Blue/White

Setup Instructions: Everything is 95% assembled in the bag when you take it out. Fill the sand bags 1st, then slide the 2 loose poles in the front sleeve of the shade, and connect them at the “T” connector & main pole. Fully erect the main pole, face to the direction of the wind, and push the bottom into the sand (push at the very bottom, and a few inches is fine). Pull the sand bags out in a diagonal direction from the front until the lines are tight, and adjust through-out the day as needed (the wind may change, which the shade will adjust by itself like a kite).

Take Down: is the reverse, just pull the main pole out of the sand and lay everything down (this will keep it from flapping in the wind). Pull poles out, empty sand, & break all poles down. The the main pole goes in 1st (“T” connector down), followed by the other 2 poles. Then s;ide the shade in the bag like a parachute.

Care Instructions: For best results at setup, try to rinse any sand from the poles & “T” connector after use. Do not torque on the poles at anytime. If you are on hard packed sand, and the main pole will not push in the sand easily, make a hole & fill in around it.
